Junior Church takes place at the same time as the Morning Service, except for the last Sunday of each month when an All-Age Worship Earlybird Service is held. The children stay for the first part of the service before leaving for their classes.

Junior Church has a regular core of children at each Morning Service and is manned on a rota basis with approx 8 people participating. For very young children a crèche is also available, if required.

On occasions when no Junior Church is held, or for children who wish to stay with their parents, “play bags”, to keep children occupied during a service, are available on request.

In all of these activities the Child Protection Policy of the URC is adhered to too.
